Karrington Woods Homeowners Association

Karrington Woods is located in the southeast corner of New Berlin, Wisconsin. The first homes were finished in 1998 and the last home was completed in 2008.

The northern portion of the subdivision contains woodland and wetland areas that are in conservancy districts, ensuring a natural setting with wildlife and walking paths to High Grove Park nearby. The walking path extends east as well with access to neighboring subdivisions.

All homes in Karrington Woods are located in the School District of New Berlin. Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade attend Elmwood Elementary School, which is within sight of Karrington Woods. Students in 7th and 8th grade attend Eisenhower Middle School, which, along with Eisenhower High School, is less than three miles north of Karrington Woods.
